Article 6: Cancellation

Cancellations until 24 hours before departure date: refund of 50%.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours before departure: no refund.
TROTT COSTA BRAVA 17251 S.L reserves the right to cancel excursions, modify itineraries and days of operation.
If we cancel an excursion due to bad weather, mechanical breakdown, dangerous conditions or closure of routes, We will reschedule your excursion for another date at no additional cost. If this option does not suit you, You will be refunded the full amount without any additional compensation.
This excursion requires a minimum of 3 scooters to be carried out. If the minimum number is not reached, can be contacted until 12 hours before your visit to reschedule the excursion.
No refunds will be given for tours canceled due to incorrect fitness declaration, age and/or for not declaring existing medical conditions that affect the ability to complete the excursion.
